Hey! The name’s Diana.
I’m an art director and illustrator from Peru.
Currently working as an art director for BOOST agency. In the past, I’ve worked as a graphic designer for seven years at INFINITO, the biggest and reknowed branding consultancy in Peru. This is where I started as a junior designer and worked very hard to learnt everything I could in my career, reaching the position of design director in the Visual Identity area, mentoring and leading teams and commercial projects with great impact in the industry, such as Lima Golf Club, WowMom, PUCP, ésika, Flora & Fauna and Alicorp.
I consider graphic design as one of the most powerful tools of communication. As such, we hold responsibility towards society in helping businesses with a socially responsible purpose have a voice, and foremost to connecting with people, understanding their background and needs.Design must carry investigation, observation and analysis. Both strategy and visuals should work together with powerful storytelling. I believe we make an impact not only with our work, but also to the people we work with.
As for me, I absolutely adore learning anything I am curious about. From a new language, how to play an instrument, how to train a dog... to any topic related to science, space-time, philosophy, nature, arts, technology, you name it. I love design and branding, but I also believe we should gather all kinds of information from different subjects. I also value change, authenticity, kindness, intelligence and strength.
